Michael Millay is a former professional soccer player for FC Cincinnati turned entrepreneur and CEO of Rooted Creative. After injuries in college nearly ended his career, he fulfilled a promise to a late friend by making it to the pro level. However, while playing professionally, he went broke and was forced to rethink his future.
He founded Rooted Creative, starting with low-paying freelance work before growing it into a thriving agency working with brands like Adidas, Celsius, and Kane Brown. Guided by his Christian faith, he built a career centered on gratitude, resilience, and purpose.
Michael remains passionate about fitness, business, and community, with Race Street representing the intersection of his entrepreneurial journey and wellness lifestyle. Now, as a leader and creative strategist, he focuses on balance, impact, and leaving a lasting legacy.
